Our terms and conditions require that you operate your business promoting the Pynedown Racing services ethically and using only pre-approved advertising and marketing materials. Both to help you, in saving you the time and trouble in developing your own materials, and us, so that we do not receive a stream of random materials for approval, we are pleased to provide a downloadable presentation, the text to accompany the presentation and a selection of suitable advertisements for you to use.

The presentation

The presentation consists of both the slides and the accompanying text. This is the ONLY presentation material allowed and approval for no other presentation slides or text will be given. The download is available only to active IDs and is free of charge.

You will need software to run the presentation. If you visit www.openoffice.org and click their FREE download this includes "Impress". This is the program we used to design it. OpenOffice includes a bundle of other useful business software too - all free!

Advertisements

If you intend using press advertisements to publicise your business these MUST be pre-approved. Again we are pleaded to provide downloads free of charge. These are in MS Word format but the OpenOffice "Writer" should handle them OK.

We insist that you make no changes to these advertisements other than to include your contact details as highlighted. Any other change must be approved before you use the advertisement.

Your status

You should bear in mind in the promotion of your business that you are an independent distributor of the Pynedown Racing srvice provided by Coker Trading Company Limited. You should present yourself as that and not in any way as a representative, agent or employee of the company or in such a way as to suggest that you are acting on behalf of the company.
